First of all, I wouldn't rely on Trulia for accurate listing info. Beside the search functionality on this site is TERRIBLE. Most of the listings you see listed "for sale" here are under contract, and have been for days or weeks.

The best source of info is going to be a Realtor who can give you access to the local MLS. I would be happy to assist you. Please contact me and we can discuss your search criteria.

Selling a property isn't rocket science but the forms and legal requirements are complicated. Just so you know up front. Do you know what you need to disclose about your house? Realtors are required to take a class yearly to understand the transaction/legal process. Also a few realtors have access to hundreds of web sites to advertise the property since newspaper ads are not as effective anymore. Also, realtors can "qualify" those that are touring your house. Sellers selling FSBO usually just want anyone to come through the house, hoping it will be a buyer. Realtors in addition can show the house anytime of day; are you planning to be available then too? You might want to just be working on getting the house in showing condition daily. Some realtors offer free staging, have professional photographers, provide a virtual tour, set your house up on multiple web sites, in addition to listing on MLS (in a way that peaks buyer's interest).

I'd love you help you in the process - just give me a call or email me if you're interested.

Christina,

Rental scams are common here and on any site that allows the general public to post. Please be very cautious with deals that seem too good to be true. NEVER send money expecting keys back by mail.

Read the scam warning Trulia posts. I've attached a link to it below.

When you find a questionable listing please go to the More button on the listing and then hit the FLAG button on the listing page to warn Trulia and others or you can email it to rentalfraud@trulia.com

Hi Jan,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question. We receive the listing information for this property, not from the MLS, but directly from Coldwell Banker and they still display the old price on their site (see the link below). We thus recommend that you contact Coldwell Banker directly to ensure that they correct this listing price both on their site and in the listing data feed they send to us. Once they update their data feed, our display should update automatically with the new information thereafter.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback for us.

Best Wishes,

Emily Gibson

Welcome to Trulia and thank you for your question. We receive your listing information with the incorrect price from VisualTour.com and they show that same incorrect price on their website (see the link below). Good luck!

There are many homes for rent in Loveland. You can go to my website at www.SusieRipp.com and go to the local partners button and then scroll down to property manages. There is a site at NorthernColoradoRentals.com where owners put their own listings as well as Craig’s List. The other listings are property management companies. RPC and Carousel are furnished rentals. You can use these sources to find a rental or just make an informed rental decision.
Regards,
Susie Ripp
