I hand them 3 different lenders and tell them my previous clients experience with each of them and them make the choice. Advise them to call each but definitely don't steer them on way or another. I do this with all my clients so all clients are treated the same. Also advise them to contact their only bank if they have one. ... more

If it is out of my area of expertise I would refer it out. To list a property in an area you don't really know is (in my opinion) a major disservice to the seller.
