Hi Ash....

Consider attending a few open houses....not for the purpose of finding a home but identifying agents with which to possibly work. You can rely on the recommendations of others but another person may not have a good appreciation for what you are looking for.

First hand informationis always best....and the agents won't even know you are interviewing them!

Happy hunting,

Bill

Hello Elizabeth,
Larger is better these days, buyers like space if the home is spacious it usually sells faster. Also the condition of the property plays a huge factor in the sale. lansdowne row homes do sell as long as the condition of the home is great.

Good morning NC Bound, I'm not sure that we as RE Licensees can answer your question. Under the PA Agency Law, your listing agent and brokerage are your RE representatives. I don't believe there would be a problem if you directly contacted an agent and invited them to preview your home with the possible intent to list your home. If you are not satisfied with your current agent/brokerage and are already thinking about changing, I'd be happy to meet with you. Please note: This is not meant or intended to be a soclicitaion**
Please fell free to contact me directly with additional questions or concerns at: 610.565.1995 or steve@stevesisman.com.
