I also started the same way. I did have a full time job that allowed me to answer my phone and e-mails whenever needed though. Your flexibility is going to be you biggest obstacle. Just remember if a client is looking to buy a home they are usually going out in the evening or the week-ends which is the great part if you are a M-F at your full time job. If you are unable to work with the buyer due to conflicting schedules just refer them to another agent in your office for a fee. Best of luck to you.
