Red Rose Transit is very dependable. I have used them many times when my car was in the shop. It has been providing fixed-route bus service since about 1976. They continually improve and update their routes and schedules annually. There are about 20 different routes throughout Lancaster county. Most buses start running as early as 5:00 and run as late as 10:40-11:00pm. They do have a dedicated bus route to Lititz and it starts running outbound from Lancaster at 5am-6:00pm and inbound from Lititz to Lancaster from about 6am-6:35pm M-F and Saturday. Also New Holland also has dedicated bus route starting in Lancaster about the same times. Saturday schedules are a little different. They do not run on Sundays and on major holidays. You may pay per bus ride and/or you can purchase discount passes. For more information check out www.redrosetransit.com I hope this helps and welcome to Lancaster, Pa ... more

Living anywhere has it strengths and weaknesses. In general, probably the biggest drawback is the spread of manure when the farmer fertilizes his fields. Mature corn can obstruct view during the late summer and early fall but this is a very temporary issue that is resolved when the crop is cut.

I for one, appreciate the space that a field provides between me and my neighbor and feel this far out weighs the negatives.

When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local authorities with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. In reference to your question about kids living in the neighborhoods, I would encourage you to visit the neighborhoods and reach out to the families living in those area's for those answers.

Contact me anytime with additional questions - I look forward to meeting you!

Since I don't have the address and have not make any detailed evaluation on this property, I cannot determine a selling price on the property. Although there may be less homes available to rent when there is a need for a pet friendly rental home. They do exist, usually there will be an additional non-refundable pet deposit required or another months rent, such as 1st & last month plus a deposit. Other factors that will affect the amount of deposit needed is your credit history and rental history and work history as well as the location of a home to rent such as in rural area, for these rental homes landlords are more likely to accept pets.

Keep in mind that rental properties are in high demand at this time due to credit challenged renters who can not obtain a home financing. One reason may be because of a previous foreclosure or short saled personal home. Eventhough the above variables may not applied to you, the fact that rental prices are on the rise.

I would like to help you obtain the rental home that you need and desire. Please contact me.
