Hi,

I apologize we have false foreclosure information listed on our home details page. This data is provided to us from Zillow foreclosures and we currently do not have the ability to edit or remove the information that they are sending us.

Please be advised that I have created a ticket to Zillow Consumer Care to request the removal of the foreclosure status from your property. Once the status is removed from Zillow, it will automatically update to Trulia after 24-48 hours.

Thank you for using Trulia!

UpNest Top Realtors answered:
Only agents have access to the MLS so you may want to pay for what's called a flat fee listing service if you want to sell by owner (generally not a good idea). We created UpNest (http://www.upnest.com) to help home sellers get the best value possible. All you have to do is submit a few details about your home, and we'll invite several top local agents to submit proposals to you. Since agents are competing to earn your listing, they bring out their best commission rates and value added services, saving you a lot of money. There's no risk to try us at all, and it's completely free for you. http://www.upnest.com Good luck! ... more

Hello,

Please note that if your property is inactive on Trulia, we do not have the option to add new photos. However, we do have the ability to remove your home photos. you may send your request via the link below.

If you intend to put your home on the market, you or your agent will have the ability to create a new listing and post new photos. This new listing will then override the property page with the outdated data.

Regards,

The streamline 203k is typically for the "minor" stuff in a home. There can be no structural changes so pretty much cosmetics. This is a great option for homes that won't pass FHA due to small items. The max is $35,000 so there is for sure a lot of options. Even septics and HVAC are included.

I would like to know just how many people are renting in this district. This Senator claims property tax relief is not on her constituents' agenda.
