Yes, do you have a Passport? Often if you have references too it will work. Explain your situation and you will probably do alright

Contact the listing agent of the rental you are interested in. They can tell you if it allows pets or not. You didn't say which property you were asking about.

Hi Erin,

There are some great property management companies in the area that can help you as well as the rental sites such as, Craigslist, etc. A look through google will help you. But know that you need to be cautious and do your homework before money changes hands. there are many rental schemes afoot here in the Denver area due to the tight rental market.

Hello John and others who exchanged comments.

This is too rare to see an exchange that is NOT a disagreement.

Good job agents! Great information and good job of making prompt responses.

Thanks for getting back to the forum, John.

Hi Thomas,

I got your email earlier and would like to refer you to a good lender who can give you some good advice about purchasing. Give me a call. Also If you tell me more specifics as far as a possible rent situation I will run it past some of my agents who are also property mangers and investors who have rentals that could work for you. The rental market is really tight in the Denver area right now. Please do your due diligence and don't send money to people you don't know and haven't thoroughly checked out. there are many rental scams going on right now.

Janice Napoleon answered:
Hi Rachel,
We have a great program for you. It is a lease with purchase rights. You get to pick the house the company purchases it and you can lease it for up to 5 years or purchase it anytime during that 5 years or move with 60 days notice before the end of your lease. Please email me at and I will send you more information. If you prefer to call you can reach me at 303-503-8969. It is a new program here in Denver that has been very successful in Chicago and Dallas helping others with less than perfect credit but good rental history.
I look for to working with you.
Best Regards,
Janice Napoleon
