I grew up in Pine Beach in Ocean County and I have to say it was a great place to grow up. So my inclination is to say Pine Beach. But the other areas such as Beachwood , Toms River , Island Heights are good and are part of the Toms River school system. There are also good areas in southern Ocean County that can offer the same such as Berkeley or Barnagat. If they are coming around to reassess they will make several attempts to come into your home however if you do not allow them they will estimate the value.
