Check out Lake Forest Park Towne Center near Ballinger Way and Bothell Way. It has a nice indoor common area near Third Place Books. They have nice events there like art shows and concerts. There is a farmer's market at the Towne Center every weekend in the summer. ... more

From what I can see this property still hasn't been foreclosed on and is not bank owned yet but it looks like it will be soon. It doesn't look like there is any HOA for the property either.
