Is your home listed for sale? With a Realtor? If so, you need to contact your agent and he/she can make the changes in the MLS and it will eventually show up here. Or they can manually edit the listing here. If you're a FSBO, then you'll need to correct the info wherever you entered it to begin with -- maybe Zillow? or Hotpads?

If you're talking about the public records data...I would't pay much attention to that.

Your Realtor should be the gatekeeper, and should be scheduling any potential inspection (with your approval), whether inside or out.

Yes, it sounds as though the buyer's agent is trying to find work for her son, and it seems a conflict of interest. Just for any hint of impropriety, she should have used an independent roofer, but now that it's done... you could counter their roof inspection by having a roofer of your own come and check the roof.

Good luck.

As long as the damage has been treated this shouldn't be too big of an issue. I know that I wouldn't be overly concerned about it at least. If you are worried, you could always look for a professional opinoin. That should help you to know what you should do about it.

Paula,

Trulia does not accept FSBO listings. There are sites that do, but if you posted here and on every other site that allows you to, you won't get the level of exposure that listing with a great local agent and appearing on your local MLS will get you.

A great agent is worth more than their commission, but a bad one or none at all can cost you way more than just a commission. Consider discussing your options with someone worth working with and then do whatever you feel is in your best interest. Best of luck however you proceed.
