Ray Wright answered:

You can search all homes for sale or rent & have all the info right at your fingertips without having to wait for an agent to call you back. And best of all, inside the app there's a place you can enter to win $50,000 from my company. But hurry, the deadline ends soon. Good luck! ... more

The "experts" say anywhere from less than 4% to 25%!

I hope you realize that no one really knows the answer to your question with any certainty. All estimates of future value are guesses. In our ever changing and fragile economy guesses for value a year out are just that - guesses.

What I will say with confidence is that owners of real estate on a long term basis usually are beneficiaries of excellent appreciation.

Hi, you can ask an agent to find the owner's contact info and give them a call. I write notes, or all owners often asking questions regarding thier property. They dont mind.
