It is just 400 ft above sea level. In the summer it gets to 90-100 deg. A/C use is recommended. Winter it rarely snows. The town is unincorporated. Crimes are rare if any. It is essentially a very quiet sleepy town with many refugees from SF Bay area spent summer there. About 1/3 of the residents have another home in urban cities. Many residents are retirees. It is known for recreation and close to Gold Country.

I have two residential lots for sale both are 1.5 ac +/- with services to the road. One is closer to the Lake while the other has springs and has a Hacienda for time share. Access my websites for details.
