The market was up about 15% in sales volume in 2012. Krum specifically is enjoying some growth, I think partially due to the Razor Ranch developement at I-35 and 380. Rural properties are still a little slow, but have definitely improved. Interest rates are excellent right now, so it certainly seems like a great time to buy.
