Caroline Holt answered:
Hello Kenny and Liz,

As many of my fellow agents have mentioned, the best way to approach this situation is to have a candid discussion with your agent about your intentions and, when necessary, he or she will bring the matter to the principal broker of the firm with which your house is listed. The firm should be willing to work with you to accomplish your goals, and may even suggest some new marketing strategies come the New Year. Relisting in the spring may be just what's needed to generate interest in your house following the typical "winter slump" in the market. If you're not seeing the results you'd like by April, consider having another discussion with your agent to ensure that you're really seeing eye-to-eye with regard to marketing your house. Provided you're satisfied that the property is priced properly and is being marketed effectively, it should only be a matter of time before you have that coveted SOLD sign in your yard.

Wishing you the best of luck,

We spend a lot of time with our agents every year, helping them with their business plan. My partner, Warren Zook, and I would be delighted to assist you. It's not as complicated as you might think; it can be very detailed or not...please, let's talk.

Welcome to Trulia.

That's a very good thing what you are trying to do. Especially optimizing it for Google should be your goal. The question now, are you looking to do it on your own and learn about SEO or are you looking to pay someone to do it for you?
