All structural issues were addressed but other requests not redlined were not. Do we need to disclose entire inspection report to future buyers?

Debra (Debbie) Rose answered:
No, another person's selling or list price for their home is their decision............a neighbor has no say, and cannot, "petition", challenge or complain about it (well, they can complain, but it won't do any good).

If the buyers see value in the pricing, the market will show it, and it should sell quickly and high.

You cannot post on Trulia as a "For Sale By Owner". Trulia has reciprocity agreements with brokers and all property and information is fed through those brokers. Info can be updated by agents brokers. FOR SALE BY OWNERS cannot post on Trulia.

Zillow will allow your posting.

Hi Rich,
email me your address and I'll do a drive by to see if I'm interested in buying.... it will have to be well below market value. .... and the rent you pay would need to be about what the mortgage payment would be... althougth I would most likely pay cash. Also, with out a job, I'm assuming you'll want to pay some rent in advance from the proceeds of the sale? What happens after that?

As other's have said, this may not be the best option for you and your "angel" may be a devil in disguise.
