A Warehouse is a commercial use. Trulia caters to mostly residential use.
A warehouse, unless it is grandfathered in will typicaly be in a Commercial zoned neighborhood/district. If it is in a residential zone it will a higher price because you will be competing with residential redeveolopement buyers. In the commercial/Manufacturing zones the buildings tend to be on the large size.
