In some communities, assessment were levied for the actual road improvements. What subdivision are you considering? In other areas of the city where roads are being paved in the future, there are assessments leveed against those areas for those improvements. In other areas, there may be assessments for connecting to city water and sewer. It is important to investigate the possibility of assessments when you purchase a home in any city. ... more

Hi Robert,

Currently in the Kingman / Golden Valley MLS we have 5,666 ACTIVE vacant land listings. And only 74 PENDING vacant land listings. Within the past 6 months there has been 328 SOLD vacant land listings.
(This includes the majority of Mohave County.)

In the Kingman and Golden Valley area alone we have 2.332 ACTIVE vacant land listings. And only 35 PENDING vacant land listings. Within the past 6 months there has been 128 SOLD vacant land listings.

This includes all types of land in all locations. Each location is in a separate market. Overall vacant land sales are down and pricing is down. Some areas do not show sales within 1 year however some have sales every month.

Is there a specific location that you are looking at?

I would be glad to provide you with any further information.

Hi Tammy,

At this time, Trulia does not include rental listings within our search results - only homes for sale. Have you checked Craigslist in your area for rentals? If not, I'd give that a try.

Best Wishes,

I suggest that you talk with a Realtor about your questions. Trulia is a great resource, but to answer your questions takes a Realtor that knows your local market, knows your property, and knows your personal situation and circumstances.

See if there are any Trulia Voices in your area. If you need a referral , you can contact me through Trulia and I will help you.

Hi Sally,
I am a transplanted Californian who moved to Arizona several years ago. I live and work in Northern Arizona in the Prescott area and I can tell you it was the best move I could have made.

Prescott is the fourth largest city in Arizona and still growning. It still maintains a small town feel and actually has four seasons, blue skies and no smog! It really helps one undersatnd why people are selecting this area to move to.
