Hire a REALTOR as your Buyer's Agent. These sites are notoriously inaccurate, outdated, and have a terrible search function. If you're not a tire kicker then stop kicking tires by looking on this website! If you're a serious buyer, then take the job seriously. Hire a pro. ... more

Hi Paul,

Print the ad(s), talk to a Real Estate Attorney. You can also send a complaint to DBPR and local Ethics board. I dont have all the information on this but it sounds like you have a case. Did you check to see if this person is even a Realtor. You can do that on DBPR site.

Good Luck,

Yes, that's correct. I am with the Department of Business & Professional Regulation, in the Unlicensed Activity Unit and we receive complaints stating permits were not pulled for jobs performed that require proper licensing and permitting. All you will need to do is contact your local building department. As the homeowner, you can pull the permit, if you are doing the work yourself. You may also pull the permit for a contractor, however, if you hire a contractor, please make sure for your safety to call (866) 532-1440, to inquire about their license as an individual and/or their company, or you may go to our website at www.myfloridalicense.com. ... more

Let talk about North Pinellas County in Florida (Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater, Safety Harbor)

Is it better than concrete? No. I wish no was a longer word. Concrete is far superior in regards to durability, useful life and resale value. Quality is ALWAYS the best investment. Concrete is greater quality.

What is the price? The brand Palm Harbor Homes has product starting at $67,000 and topping out at $250,000. If you intend to put the home on stilts and place on on the beach with big water views, you need to add another $600,000 for the lot.

Or you can buy a seasoned modular in a rental park for $35,000.
Or you can buy a seasoned modular in a deeded community beginning at $100,000.

Florida is a BIG place which means averages are meaningless.
Exactly what are you looking for?

A new modular community in Dunedin can be seen in the following link

Hi Jimmy! There is a local hardware store named KLI, a couple of local paint stores and our KMart stocks a lot of hardware items. There is a Lowes and Home Depot 20 miles North in Florida City. That is where the Florida Turnpike leads into US1 or once you enter the Florida Keys we call it Overseas Highway. There is also another Home Depot in Marathon (Mile Marker 50). If you are interested in moving or buying a 2nd home in the Keys, please contact me at 305-393-3268 or my email mona@sellskeyshomes.com. I've lived here 18 years and love it. ... more
