We’re excited you’re using Trulia for your home search process. We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the "Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Click 'More Filters'.
5. Select your preferred property type, square footage, etc.
6. Click the red 'Apply' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Contact the agent" button to get in touch with a real estate professional in your area. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

HOA fees will not be listed in public records. However, they will be listed in the MLS. If you're not working with a Realtor yet, you should be. He/she can help you access any and all info you'll need and will help you navigate through the entire transaction. ... more

Hi Paris,

When is the best time for you to meet? It is best to sit down and go over the buying process step by step. I have my buyers make a needs list first so we can narrow down what you are looking for. Also, have a lender go over payments and down payment with you is another step.
There are alot of homes with the features you are wanting we just have to narrow it down with a price point where you want to be and where you are comfortable with your payments. Please reach back out to me if I can be of assistance.

Did you ever find out when it was paved? I am considering a property on the road, but I want to know how close it is to being repaved. It is in pretty rough shape. I would hire my own paving service if it was allowed.

I usually suggest that a person looking for a home take a few minutes to get pre qualified financially. This will help them determine what price range they will be looking at. Once the purchase amount is established, it is easier to know what to look for. Of course as a Real Estate agent we would like you to engage with us, as we have more tools to help you with, and that is how we get paid. It is a good idea to begin looking on Trulia, and Zillow, etc. as this will help you determine what type of properties are within your price range. Once you a somewhat acclimated to the market you may want to reach out to an agent. Trulia is a very powerful search tool, but not always up to date, on properties that are currently available. Trulia does provide a way for a potential buyer to do some research on agents in the area you are interested in. Previous clients can provide information about the experience they have had with agents in the area. ... more

When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.
