There has never been a sewage treatment plant in Ludlow. There was one in the neighboring town of Bromley 25 - 30 years ago , but it was closed and a new facility was built approx. 5 miles from the prior site further down river in an unpopulated area. No foul odors in Ludlow or Bromley. Ludlow has until recently, been a sleepy little town, 8 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. It is awakening however, with the business district re-emerging, a beautiful new multi-condominium development now occupying prime real estate with spectacular views of the Cincinnati skyline as well as a Rhine like view of the lush hills of Kentucky hills and meandering Ohio River. Hello Susan,
I have lived in Clay City, most of my life. It is a small town community, but is near larger cities for access to many amenities. It is has beautiful areas such as the Red River Gorge, Natural Bridge Park, Sky Bridge. Clay City is centrally located from Lexington, Winchester, Richmond, and Morehead.

This small town has a lot to offer and makes a wonderful place to live and become part of a community.

Please feel free to give me a call. I would be happy to help you find a home away from the fast life and into tranquil small town America.
