I listed on Prelist not too long ago and got great service with employees immediately answering my emails and calls. My house was sold in two months, much better than I was expecting. This website works for anyone, I myself was not great with computers, but with the help I got my house sold with ease. Best thing for sure was that it was all completely free. https://www.prelist.org/... more
This post is way late, but it might help someone new to the posts such as myself. I recently transferred here from Columbus, OH and I absolutely love it. It took a few weeks to get used to the fact that major shopping will need to be done in Lexington (a 25min drive) but Georgetown itself has everything we need on a daily basis. Being a Trader Joe's junkie, I need to go once a week to Lexington!
The schools are nice and the people are very friendly and very welcoming. I love how everyone is just pleasant and nice to be around.I must have heard "Welcome to Georgetown" a hundred times. No rushing and no car honking here. I'm actually a Realtor too so if you need help locating a home and the right neighborhood for your family and budget, give me a shout. I'll help you find a place and community that you will love. I live in The Colony and couldn't be happier. My kids adore the schools here too. They say everyone is much friendlier than in Gahanna, OH.

I'm not a lawyer, but minimally it would be trespassing. Houses are not abandoned since property is always owned by someone or something (me, you, ABC Inc, the county, city, state, or federal government).
