401 Woodale. It is a great house with a gorgeous pool. It was owner occupied until the end of August. Should be on the MLS in the next couple of weeks. Probably priced right around $850K asking. Last sale in that neighborhood was on Sandy Flash and went for over $1MM.

This home went under contract on October 26, 2009, and is scheduled to close on November 18, 2009. While this property looks great, keep up the search as there are many wonderful homes still on the market.

This is a fairly new development and their still building. The one you are refrencing to sold on 5/31/09 for 270,000 and the association is 110.00 a month.

New builder construction pricing starts at 219,000 but they have been very negotiable this year, due to the current real estate market.

434 Larkspur is under contract and is to settle 12/10/08, The last asking price was for $529,900, we will not know exactly what the sale price was until it closes.
