I am a real estate agent in St Pete...I live in a condo..55plus and it's pricier than Five Towns because it's on a bay...I have a condo I'm about to close on for a wonderful couple in Five Towns and it's beautiful...pond view...I'm very impressed with the compound...yoga, heated pools, minutes from the beach...walk to grocery and banking... the perfect place to bike. If you come down I'd love to show you everything Five Towns has available. My Loan Is Your Loan work with borrowers down to a 550 credit score for VA, FHA, and USDA loans. They have a direct lender who was able to get my loan closed fast. I would check them out. I worked with Brian Young at 2147973479 I would call him super easy and nice he helped before we completed an application.

Probably because you never set yourself up as an agent or "Pro". You may need to start over and make sure you include your MLS info. Good luck!

Andy Wood answered:
Hi there,

You may have already gotten the information you need since this was asked 2 weeks ago, but if not, I have all the information you need on my website:

http://titanhl.com/index.php/your-contractor-approval

If your lender did not have this information, it may be a red flag that you are with someone who does not do many 203K's. It is not a loan that you want to do with an inexperienced lender.

If you haven't already chosen a lender, I would be happy to work with you. I have 23 years experience in renovation financing.

Best of luck to you,

Andy Wood
