What do you mean you "just received an email" about this apartment?? Why don't you write back and ask your questions of the person who sent you the email???
This is a Section-8, income restricted apartment building. And the rent is only $863. Get out of your recliner and off your laptop, and go out there and look at it if you are interested in renting an apartment! Nobody is going to send you a "floor plan."
For everyone else out there: For the same amount as this person is going to pay in rent for a 2-Bedroom apartment in a rent-controlled 3-story building, you can purchase a 3-2-2 single family brick house in a nice neighborhood. The cost to own it after taxes would be about $700 a month.
So, do yourself a favor, and keep your credit score clean by paying your bills on time. Then save a little money for a down payment. (Equal to what it takes to rent a house, or about 3 times the monthly payment.) Then contact a Realtor who will show you how to get qualified for a loan, and put you in touch with a good loan officer who will get you pre-approved.
THEN, you are ready to start looking at houses. And that is where the Realtor will help you find the right one for your family. Figure 45 to 60 days, and you will be moving in. So give your landlord the required written notice, and let's get started!

If the specific address is not listed, it's not normally for sale. It might never be for sale. Long story, but it's a ploy to get you to buy their lists and that can have you chasing homes all over town with poor results.
If you only want foreclosures we can send you a list, but remember they're not always the best deal in town. Often ugly or need lots of work. I remember a foreclosure I went in recently in Keller was missing the kitchen sink, the counters, the toilet and the bathtub. That's extreme, but it happens.

I actually live in this part of town and decided to drive by on my way home from the office. Thanks to you I just made a new friend. To answer your question, yes the house is built. The current residents moved in back in June and are not interested in moving just yet. That being said, I'm very familiar with that builder as well as the other builder in the neighborhood. They both have several inventory homes available as well as a lot of nice lots left if you have time to build.
Moving from out of state can be frustrating....I know this first hand, I moved here from Northern California and was really lost when I first arrived in North Texas. If I can be of any assistance don't hesitate calling, I'd be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
