yes i can give you feedback - they build a nice looking home. do they stand behind it, well that remains to be seen.
Issue No. 1 - the materials used are not worthy of the price of home. building materials mainly interior are what i am referring to, granite, paint, carpet (even upgraded). i have seen a lot better exterior materials used in other homes. other customers reflect the same sentiment.
item no. 2 - four months into our NEW home and i have cracks in the concrete - they are hiding behind their warranty and not fixing these cracks; in any way shape or form.

i will add more as i think about it.
