Good afternoon,

I hope you aren't too sad leaving Colorado Springs! We were there on vacation this past summer and stayed in Manitou Springs...beautiful! My whole family wanted to move!

I have lived in Katy for over 20 years and know the area very well. My 4 children attend Katy ISD schools and we have always been very happy. Katy really is a good place to live...very family oriented and fast growing! Rental homes do go quickly, but i am confident that we could find a home that you would like.

If you would like to contact me, I would be happy to discuss your wants and needs and begin searching for a home for your family.

Thanks,

Shanna Stout

Katy is an amazing area for family with 55.86% of the people live in Katy are married. Its pretty safe, with excellent education system. Its far removed from the city, plus according to best places to live, Katy's cost of living is 5.90% lower than the U.S average.

Concern about the schools? Katy public schools spend $4,438 per student, with about 15.3 students per teacher. For more information please visit this website :
