Has your agent removed the listing from the MLS? Once the status in the MLS is changed to sold, it should be removed from Trulia. Contact your agent.

Hi Phyllis,
Have a conversation with the listing agent, outlining why you want to take your home off the market. If there are other issues or conflict, contact the broker. The listing agreements are contracts with specific end dates, and it may be that the listing agent will release you from that contract- but it does take the broker's signature to do so. Make sure you get the release in writing. If they are unwilling to release the listing, then request that it goes into a withdrawn status- it effectively removes it from the market, but during that time, you can not list with another broker(until original listing has expired).

Thank you for contacting Trulia. Listings submitted via Single Listing Submit will contain green 'Refresh' button on your “My Listings” page. These listings can be edited on Trulia. To edit your listings please do the following:

1. Access the My Listings section of your My Trulia account.
2. Hover over 'Edit listing details' for the listing you wish to edit
3. Scroll down and click into ‘listing information’ to make your changes
3. Click Save Updates

Listings submitted via a feed cannot be updated directly on Trulia and will not contain the green “Refresh” button. You have to update the feed from the primary source for your listing. Please contact your listing source provider to update the description within the data feed to reflect the change. Once they update the feed, it will automatically update on Trulia in 24-48 hours.
