Karen answered:
Double check the address.

The flag lot in the back with the 2 story house should actually be 122 Ainoni Street.

The single story house in front right on Ainoni should not be address 122.

I should know. I lived in the back 2 story house when it was originally a one story back in mid 1950. I lived in that same one story through 1970. It was sold and eventually a second story was built over the existing one story.

Aloha tc,

This home last sold in 1998. It was refinanced in May 2006. It is possible that it is in a delinquent status.
Call or send an email if you would like more information.

Aloha Kanoe,

That property is MLS# 1102629. Great areas your looking at. I am really familiar with the windward side especially Kaneone-Kaneohe Bay Drive-Kokokahi-Mahinui-Kailua areas (having lived in those areas for many years and knowing the positives and negatives of each neighborhood).

Best of luck to you and your family during your home search. Please let me know if you need any help or want to talk story about any of those locations or even if you want to brainstorm some buying strategies. I'm available anytime 24/7.

Aloha no,

Terese Hiram answered:
Hi Arthur,

You may want to e-mail Trulia directly and ask them why this address is posted. I am reading Frank's response and see that is it not on the market. There are many ways to find active listings in the Kailua area. Realtors use the mls system and most of us have website you can go to and see what properties are available.

I know you stated you are just looking but if you have any questions please feel free to contact me or any other agent in the area and I am sure we can help.

The MLS records show that this home was listed for $1,459000 & recently (4/8/10) sold for $1,419000.
If you are looking for rentals on Oahu, you should try rental websites or directly contact property management company. Real estate agents in HI do not typically handle rentals.
Contact me if you want the names of some local property management companies.

Frank Diaz answered:
Start with Craigslist. You get what you pay for, so a spacious house will be $3000 and up.
If you don't get a reply from a local agent that handles rentals, send me an email. I can send you a list of rentals from the MLS. You will need to contact the agents directly, because I'm not a rental agent.

Aloha,
Frank

Mon Maint: $598
Other Mon Fees: $62
Total Mon Fees: $660

Maintenance Fee Includes

It is currently in escrow (has an accepted offer), but you never know. Looks like it needs work, but it is well below assessed value.

The "Other Fee" appears to be a special assessment, that was added recently, within the last 3 months. A lot of complexes are doing special assessments recently.

Call me at 808 723 0900 if you have any further questions. This is a terrific area. Lots of excellent shopping, restaurants and recreation nearby. I would also consider Poinciana Manor.
