Hi,

The listings on our site are not posted directly by Trulia. Rather, we provide a platform for homeowners, property managers, and real estate agents to post listings for their properties. If you would like to get in contact with the property manager, please use the Contact Box in the upper left hand corner of the property page. Additionally, some property managers/homeowners may list their phone number directly on the property page as well. Unfortunately, we cannot provide additional contact information if it is not listed on the property page and do not have control over how quickly or if a property manager/homeowner responds to your inquiry.

Regards,

I would not use the word swindle, but he is trying to buy at a discount. Remember when most investors, including we here at www.ibuyhomes.com, make an offer, there are no commissions, no fees, you pick the closing date and most times we pay all closing costs.
This can save months of you paying insurance, maintenance, taxes and upkeep. And even though we buy at a substantial discount, because of the high costs of buying and selling we typically only net about a 15% profit.

There is a shortage of rental properties available in the Justin area base on my experiences and needs from my clients. If you are an investor I would recommend to look further into the homes available that would be suitable for rentals. If you are a renter and want to look for a place to rent I would highly recommend contacting me to keep an eye out for rentals as they come on the market. The Meadowlands is certainly a desireable community based on client preferences.

Hi there,

Yes, this home does have an HOA, however it is currently under contract. I would be happy to help you find another home in that area. With our MLS system we are able to pull all active homes so that your not looking at homes that are already under contract. You can also do a search on my website for active homes too. Please contact me with the info below, thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.

Rafael, Realtor's are not experts on numbers as far as what your payment would be. I highly recommend you talk to a local lender and ask what the minimum down payments would be for different property types. Your payment varies dramatically depending on the type of loan program you have, down payment, and your credit profile. Do you have a local direct lender such as Chase, Wells Fargo, or Bank of America? Even a small credit union in your town may be able to help you. ... more

If you are looking to own your own home, but have
been having trouble getting a conventional mortgage
from a bank, then you have come to the right place.

See..... with our program there are NO BANKS involved.
Which means that the requirements to get approved with
our program are not nearly as strict as with a bank.

1) Find the house you are looking for
2) Get approved using our private funds
3) Use the funds for purchase and rehab
4) Close in less than 30 days

You can learn more of what it will take to get approved

Maria,
The answers you have received are correct about County records. Many land sales are not through the MLS even if you do have one. But as for as price goes, Texas is a non disclosure State and that is not something that is recorded only the amount owed is recorded when a Warranty Deed and Deed of Trust are Recorded. The Sales in the MLS will have the Sales Price. So If you have one I would check both.
