Sheldon,

Your question did not reference a specific address so it is impossible to tell. However, the 2014-2015 season was by far the busiest we have ever seen here along the beach in both Juno Beach and Jupiter. There is very limited inventory for sale and rentals for our seasonal visitors last year were had to find for this that did not plan ahead. The upcoming 2015-2016 looks to be off the wall insane.

The majority of buildings in the area along the coast in Juno Beach and Jupiter do not allow leases for less than 90 days. Many owners in buildings that allow shorter terms will not consider anything less than three months at this point in time. I will be happy to check on any particular property if you want to send me an address. You might also check on www.vrbo.com where many owners rent their properties directly and do not always follow association rules which we as Realtors are bound by. You can also check at www.jupiterbayresortrental.com as they will book shorter term deals this far in advance.

Hope this helps and if we can every be of service in any way please do keep us in mind.
