If you are not already working with an agent, this is the reason why you should have one if you are a serious buyer. Many people I have met will say that they are not ready to buy or other excuses for not having an agent to watch for properties perhaps because they feel an agent will be pushy. An agent can be a lifelong asset, just like your regular car mechanic, insurance agent and medical insurance....there if you need us! I have many clients that are just on my automatic emails of new listings in their category and they can contact me if they are interested in anything. There'll be many open houses this weekend, come out and find an agent that you will be comfortable to have around if you need something or a question answered. Best, Terry Bell, CPS RE Santa Rosa, CA

There are no student restrictions that I am aware of. It is not my listing. You will have to contact the listing agent directly for more details.
