I want to warn all soldiers deploying to Kansas do NOT rent ANY HOME near the back of the WASTE MANAGEMENT in Junction City the crime is high your home gets broken into and SHOT AT! No kidding anywhere up behind the sewer place that whole entire neighborhood is total cr ap! BEWARE your LIFE IS WORTH MORE THAN CHEAP RENT! ... more

My thoughts are a "reasonable offer" would be what you think the house is worth. I Realtor,like myself, representing you could do a market analysis and give you the factual information of what a house in that condition, age, size, and similar finished features has sold for in the last 6 months - one year. This would also be another avenue to consider when you're trying to decide "what a house is worth."
