Brian F. Walsh answered:
Good Afternoon Dustin,

The HOA is $752 annually and the regime fee is $200 to maintain the dock. You get a private deeded slip with 15,000 lb. lift on intracoastal waterway. In addition to the boat lift your dock includes water, power, 72 foot floating dock, and covered pier head which is maintained and shared by a small group of owners.

I hope this information helps you. If you want to view this property let me know and I will set it up. If you would like to discuss this or any other properties I would be happy to help.

Please let me know what would be the best way to assist you. You can contact me anytime at bwalsh@carolinaone.com and my mobile number 843-754-2089.

Sincerely,

Brian Walsh

Hi Margaret

This report shows 3 listings for vacant land on John's Island btwn 20 - 30 acres. You'll see the average per acre list price is $38, 914

http://ctarmls.com/CharlestonReports/ListitLib/show_report.aspx?ID=3440093158

This report is for vacant land Sold - the complete history in MLS so be watchful of the sold date - for John's Island for land btwn 20-30 acres - you can use this for historical perspective, as it may not reflect the current market:

I hope you find this information helpful!

Hi Susan,1536 Regimental Lane is still an active listing and quite a good value for the area.
I am not sure if you have visited this particular neighborhood in Charleston but the location is really excellent.
Many of my buyers that have purchased here would do it again. Getting into downtown historic Charleston is easy( about five to ten minutes) as is the drive to beaches and shopping.
If you are looking to move here or buy a second home I highly recommend Headquarters Island as an area to consider. I live on Johns Island and love it.
Feel free to call me on my cell if you have any other specific questions about this listings or others.
I am easy to reach at 843-670-1444 or visit www.charlestonpropertyinfo.com to see my listings and all others on mls.
Have a great day.

Margaret-
This home at 613 King Haven Lane was listed for $420,000. It was recently withdrawn from active status on August 3. If you would like me to find out more information about this home, or if it is still able to be purchased, I'd be glad to research and follow up with you.

I can be reached at 327-8986 or email me at chaviland@carolinaone.com.

Chris

It looks like 1509 Regimental was withdrawn on March 30. (see link to MLS listing). There are a variety of reasons an owner may want to withdraw their property, so it does not necessarily mean it is no longer for sale. (after all, everything is for sale, right?)
Let me know if you'd like me to find out more about the status of this property for you, or if I can search other similar properties.
You can contact me by email at chaviland@carolinaone.com or call any time at 843-327-8986.
Thanks, and Happy Memorial Day!

To add to my previous response, the amount you pay in taxes will also depend on how you identify this property. If it would be your primary residence, your tax rate would be 4%. If you bought it as a second home or investment home, your tax rate would be 6%. ... more
