The HOA is $752 annually and the regime fee is $200 to maintain the dock. You get a private deeded slip with 15,000 lb. lift on intracoastal waterway. In addition to the boat lift your dock includes water, power, 72 foot floating dock, and covered pier head which is maintained and shared by a small group of owners.

Hi Susan,1536 Regimental Lane is still an active listing and quite a good value for the area.
I am not sure if you have visited this particular neighborhood in Charleston but the location is really excellent.
Many of my buyers that have purchased here would do it again. Getting into downtown historic Charleston is easy( about five to ten minutes) as is the drive to beaches and shopping.
If you are looking to move here or buy a second home I highly recommend Headquarters Island as an area to consider. I live on Johns Island and love it.

It looks like 1509 Regimental was withdrawn on March 30. (see link to MLS listing). There are a variety of reasons an owner may want to withdraw their property, so it does not necessarily mean it is no longer for sale. (after all, everything is for sale, right?)
