Hello,

Although the Trulia listing shows that it has sold, there is no record in the MLS of the sale. The most recent home to sell on Bough in Jemez Springs was back in 2011.

What were you looking for in Jemez Springs? There are about three dozen properties presently on the market up there.

Unfortunately, no. I checked the MLS for any available rentals listed for those areas, but it generated no results. It's a niche area that may require visiting the towns to see what is being offered locally. I am up there often and occasionally see rental signs off the roads.

Property just went on the market. Lot size a little over an acre. Would have loved to buy it myself but out of price range, so we bought a cheaper place on Aspen Drive. Absolutely not a fixer. This one is a show luxury home. Lots of room to entertain. Very impressive inside and out which is why you are paying so much per sqft. In fact it is a little inefficient with space to make it more spacious and luxurious. If you have the bucks, this is a stunning home. You are on your own isolated lot with a private driveway. You can't see any neighbors from the house. You have a view up the valley away from the Valles Caldera. If you want expansive views that you aren't sharing with anyone, this is the place. Turkey trail is a little steep so you will need a 4WD to get up there in the winter when it snows.

It recently had a fire in a utility space under the house - did not harm structure. WIth the insurance settlement, the owners had everything replaced and redone - carpets, appliances, tile. My wife and I were in there before it went on the market and saw all the work being done.

One unique thing about this house is that the carport is underneath it, so you drive underneath your house and have a utility room on one side and storage on the other underneath the house.
