There have been previous listings of this home in the MLS, the most recent being in 2007, and that listing has since expired without a sale. The tax records show its most recent sale was in 2006. A home two doors down sold on 09/20/2012, but that and one other at 4960 appear to be the most recent sales in the neighborhood. I think we all would be curious to know how you found out about this house on Trulia. After viewing their listing, I believe this may be a "generic listing" that isn't really for sale, but a representation of what it might be if it were, since there is only an "estimated price" shown and no listing agent contact information. Hello Alisha, I looked up the house on the MLS and it appears that Owner Financing is an option. This would be the sign that you saw. As to the requirments of the lender(Seller in this case) it is up to them as to who qualifies.... more
