Diana, The Condo fee is $200.00 per month. I have sold a few of the condos in that complex. Let me know if I can help you out. As a RE/MAX Realtor and a certified real estate appraiser, I know the local market.
Please feel free to call or email me with any questions.

How's the hunting going? Steer clear of any agent that 'strongly suggests' a particular neighborhood or zip code. That is considered steering and a violation of our license. It's called the Millage Rate and 2011 should be 17.9541 for your area. You can go here to see the Millage Rates: http://www.coj.net/Departments/Tax-Collector/Property-Taxes/Duval-County-Millage-Charts.aspx

The actual taxes are a combination of Assessed Value & Millage Rate. Then there are Exemptions on top of that. And then there is the Stormwater & Solid Waste Fees that are now appearing on your tax bill. You can go here to search for the property owner's fees: http://cityfeespublic.coj.net/default.aspx
