Hi Maurice....The Oaks condo is conveniently located off the Arlington expressway just North of the Arlington River. ...the whole condo area is graced with large trees (many of them are grand old live oak trees). There is assigned parking/ no covered parking....the HOA fees cover the fence that encloses the neighborhood as well as the signage at the entry.....landscaping is handled by the association as well as the roofs and outside walls of the condos......there is a pool and club house that is covered with the fee also....the utilities and upkeep of the club and pool are included in the fee. Trash collection is covered as well......there are dumpsters in varios locations and are covered by the HOA fees. The large trees create shade which is very helpful , especially in the Summer months. If you need any real estate assistance...give us a son, HICKORY DELEGAL at 463-5664 or or me, Donna Delegal at 732-PACK ( 732-7225) or thank you for your question! ... more

Hi Nate,

From the look of it the closet Wal Mart will be at the River City Market Place on 95. Probably about 20-30 minutes from the address you are interested in.

You can Google WalMart store locations and it will give you the locations as well.

All the best

Because if it's proximity to both the River and the Ocean, Mandarin is a popular area in which to live, Being on the border of Duval County and St Johns County, there is a lot of crossover between the two and sometimes it seems as if it is just one big community. With it's easy access to 95 and 295, it easy to get around and the new Baptist South Hospital is a big employer as well as giving easy access to first class healthcare. Mandarin contains a good mix of older and newer housing and has history dating all the way back to the 1800's. To see houses for sale in Mandarin, go here:
There are several boat launches and public parks in Mandarin and more than a few historic spots. Cost of living is reasonable and shopping and restaurants are plentiful. Call me to find out more!
