Hi...thank you for your question....Pottsburg Crossing is a gated community which has a pool and a playground....it has not other amenities.....each home has a one car garage. This 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sold for the asking price ($84,900 CASH). One other 3/2.5 1607 sq ft home is pending at this time and is listed for $99,900. Hi Renee...the back yard appears to be fenced and pets are allowed with pet fee....their could be restrictions...the agent who has it on the market shoud be able to assist you in the rental.

Hi.....thank you for the question.....A letter of interest will NOT help you get the home. You will need to get in touch with a real estate agent who will be able to WRITE a LEGAL CONTRACT. Contact us if you choose...we will gladly help you in reaching you goal. We are extremely experienced agents who assist buyers at their convenience. Listing agents and sellers wlll NOT consider intents to purchase...or letters of interest. This may be the practice in some markets...and often in commercial properties...BUT...not in Northeast Florida for residential properties.

Well...Mary....it IS a house...But it sold years ago....Southside United Methodist Church purchased this home for their use....I believe an employee lives in the home....AND Felch St. from Hendricks Avenue going West toward San Jose Blvd was closed for additional buildings for the church. Did you have some interest in a property to purchace in the area? The address of THIS home about which you had a question was located at 1414 Felch Avenue. When it sold in 2006....it was fenced (wood) in the rear...the ONLY way to MAKE SURE you want to possibly purchase this home is to take a look! When do you have a few minutes to see this home?It would be our pleasure to show this home (we have access) and will gladly show you other homes if you choose to compare. I would love to see this home....a home like this in this area for under $100,000 is certainlly worth seeing. I do not know in what condition the previous owners left the home or what may have happened since they left. When can we get together??

Mr. Holder, I just tried researching with COJ.net, backtracking the closings on this to find the builder but the information is not there. Usually you can see who transferred deeds. The house was built in 2005, and from what I can see, it might have been a custom built home. As such tracking the builder down would be difficult. In other words, I can see a land transfer at some point, but not the final finished product transfer.

The previous owners might have bought the lot outright and contracted for a custom home, so no trail to follow.

Thank you for your question......in checking with the Multiple Listing Service ( MLS) in Northeast Florida....it shows that this home WAS on the market FOR SALE a few years ago...in the mid $50,000's.....TAX records show the home was sold in 2008....

It also shows that the home is NOT for sale or for RENT through our realtor MLS.....it "could" be for rent BY OWNER. OR it could be a sham.....so...BE VERY CAREFUL. BE SURE the person with whom you talk about the rental of the home IS the owner.....you may want to check ID....check with the neighbors, etc......if you need the owner's name...contact us...we can suppy that info....then you have to make SURE you are dealing with the right person.....tax records indicate the owner lives in Pennsylvania. BE CAREFUL.

Hi Starfish...(I like your email).....This home is NOT a condo....it is a "TOWNHOME"....it appears to be in a building with 5 other homes. A townhome is a single family home which is attached to other homes.....this one has a one car garage...it has a monthly homeowners' association fee of $135 per month ( if interested in buying this home you will need to check to see what this covers)
This is also a reposession.
