I apologize if you experienced any inconvenience or frustration with editing your for sale by owner listing and I am happy to help take care of your concern.

As a general reference, Trulia does not have a central platform to post/edit listings. Instead, listings are sent to us through a variety of feed sources such as partners, brokers, agents, third-party feed providers, or directly from an MLS.

Your listing, specifically, is being sent to us from Zillow, which is our partner site that sends us listings. Here is a link to your Zillow listing:

Any changes you are requesting to your listing on Trulia will need to be updated at the source, Zillow. Here is a helpful link on how to edit your Zillow listing:

Your changes will automatically update to Trulia within 24 hours.

Thank you for using Trulia!

They are homes that Housing and Urban Development have taken back with foreclosure. They are typically sold as is but you do get clear title. 1-to-4 unit residential property acquired by HUD as a result of a foreclosure action on an FHA-insured mortgage. HUD becomes the property owner and offers it for sale to recover the loss on the foreclosure claim. ... more

Please note that once you edit your listing on Zillow, the changes will automatically syndicate to Trulia after 24 to 48 hours. Upon checking, I've seen that the photos of your property at 500 Reiten Drive, Ashland, OR 97520 are already syndicated to Trulia. Please click the link below to verify.

Thank you for using Trulia!

No. Motor homes / mobile homes are considered "Personal Property" - not real estate. If you own the land underneath, then it is real estate and you can legally deduct property taxes and interest on a mortgage. Currently, you cannot deduct property taxes or interest on your IRS 1040. ... more

No, i would say not. I have seen townhomes sell very fast while single family homes stay on the market for months. Real estate is first and foremost about location. Many townhomes communities are in better locations then single family homes that have often been built in exurbs requiring hour long commutes. Look at San Fransisco. Their painted ladys are worth millions of dollars. Furthermore, townhomes are usually more energy efficient then single family homes because they warm each other up. And with a privacy fence, you can even have a nice place to put your dog and enjoy the out doors

I would say that a lot of people have single family home owners love to bash townhomes (call them condos, etc). People love to complain out about absolutely anything. Perhaps they see these townhomes as competition. Giving buyers the chance to buy a brand new house with more room then the single family homes, closer to work etc for a better price. Dont listen to them.

If you are in love with a townhome that gives you everything you need, then be sure that there are other people that are thinking the same way.

I'm in Arizona. In my state the answer is "yes." Either party can withdraw an offer or counter offer prior to acceptance by the other party.

Of course the rules in other states will vary according to individual statutes.

Good luck!

Sounds like a legal issue to me not a question for Trulia. But NO, you CAN'T just "make up" an address!!! Talk to your county assessor's office. Do you own the LAND that it sits on?? Or is the cabin more like a trailer that can be moved from place to place? Someone MUST own the land before you can convey it, and anything on it. ... more

The seller of the home is not important - bank owned or buy owner. The location is what USDA is concerned about. In addition the overall condition of the home is important, must be in overall good repair...not a major rehab.
