I have gone through VRBO.COM for a rental for 2 weeks this spring. I've used them several times for vacations in TX, FL, and NM and never been disappointed.

@ Karen

If you're paying for Trulia's advertising, you'll get plenty of hits as buyers randomly click on your photo next to listings. That's what Trulia promises and delivers.

Again, Trulia is a platform that you can use to generate good results. If all you want is to pay for leads, you're more than welcome to continue paying Trulia and hope for the best.

The property is on the river, just south of town, very near Horse Creek. I just looked at the map and it points right to the property, try looking at the aerial photo and let me know if you have any questions. ... more

Hi, The short sale and foreclosure market moves quickly. I am not sure why Trulia has only one but there are quite a few. I suggest speaking with your Realtor if you have one or you can give me a call and I will be happy to help you out. I did a search last week for a client and have current info. The are foreclosures at many price points of the Jackson market. I hope this information was helpful. Have a great day!

Hi There,

Looks like that property was a foreclosure that closed on May 13th. This is an excellent time to buy with more deals to come. If you have any further questions or want to see what else is available, please let me know.

Teton Greetings! The buyer's Market started in 08 because of the credit crunch & banking crisis. Prices have fallen since 07 by up to 30% in the Jackson Hole area, & have recently hit bottom. Now the US economy is improving, yet the world markets are recieving the backlash from the US problems. When one looks at real estate nationally, there is still an over supply because of the over 1 million foreclosures reported. Location, Location, Location means buy the blue chip properties. I recommend buying something you like, & plan on holding 3-5 years before selling. That said, real estate is a good solid investment, & a hedge aginst inflation, which is the next worry to watch. In my opinion, the surrounding Jackson area is a good area to own, & the quality of lifestyle, combined with the great inter- mountain weather will attract buyers for years to come. The Jackson area bottom prices are holding firm, the opportunity is in the middle range of 1-2 million. Financing & appraisals are jamming up the process now. When not using recreational resort properties, they can be easily rented in order to cover expenses. If you can buy right, & get financing, now is a great time to pursue the TETON DREAM. yours in succes, scott montgomery ... more

Wyoming is a non-disclosure state and therefore, sending actual sales prices that match with addresses and actual names is not allowed. However, we can send you some information regarding sold properties in a format that allows us to conform with state laws. I would be very happy to discuss what your interests may be so that we can service your real estate questions about the area. Specifically, in this time of media not being reflective of a dynamic picture across the Nation , the area of Teton County has maintained a possitive growth and influx of cash from larger projects entering the area. Specifically, with the expansion of Grand Targhee quadrupling its lower base area by being re-zoned from rural to resort, is one of the major key factors in this economy. I actually have an article written by my Broker that I can send to you regarding this expansion. ... more
