There are many great units available that are newer and coming to the market that include garages for similar pricing or slightly higher.

Let me know if you want a list of properties?

I checked with the listing agent. He does not have and will not be supplying interior pictures ( ??? ). He said it needed "extensive work" and was "totally trashed", though cabinets were still in place.
As I said before, I believe there are much better prospects out there. Please contact me if you would like some more suggestions.
To my fellow agents out there: Why would we post listings with limited pics? I can't think of one good reason except trying to hide the true condition of a property. Are we not supposed to be marketing these home as effectively as possible? By not showing more pictures we get showings from people that are not interested in the property. We waste their time, and tarnish their opinion of Realtors. In the end it encourages agents to pass over homes that have no pictures, figuring that there's something wrong with the home. I would be curious to hear a good reason why pictures should not be provided.
