You made a good choice. Irving in a great place to live. Meanwhile, I should warn you that it gets hot there during the summer, very hot.
If you want to find the rental fast you need to go online. A great variety of rental platforms are available today. I personally like http://www.zillow.com/ and https://rentberry.com/. They contain a lot of listing in TX. The second one even allows to sign the lease with landlord online. ... more

Susie is right. Regardless of what the person in the office tells you ..... it is what is in writing that counts.

Unless you have signed an agreement with the new company .... they will have to honor the lease with the old company. ... more

I would suggest that read your previous signed lease agreement and the current one, and then discuss your concern (the reason why you want to move out) with the property manager.

You should assume all rental listings here are scams. Report them. Find the link on the page named MORE, under it is a drop down menu with FLAG - click it. I've worked in Irving for 27 years... Quail Run is in a nice part of town and is very close to the Las Colinas Urban Center.

Currently there is only one active listing in Quail Run and we would be happy to arrange a showing for you. If you are looking for something else, we are active in all of the Northeast DFW Metroplex and believe that "Life is Relationships and everything else is just details!" We are excited about the opportunity to meet you and walk with you through the process of finding a home and the best part of using a Realtor to buy or lease a home is you get our expertise and experience for FREE! Check us out at http://www.FireBossRealty.com or at http://www.NortheastDFWHomes.com

Most web sites are not linked to the DFW MLS and do not reflect the current status of the properties that they have listed. Feel free to use our home search site at http://www.NortheastDFWHomes.com This site is linked directly to the DFW MLS and has the current status of every home for sale or lease in the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex. You can also register on the site for free to save your searches and to set up listing alerts that will notify you as soon as a property that meets your criteria is listed on the market.

If you are looking at properties in DFW , one of your best friends can be our GPS enabled mobile app that you can download for free by clicking http://www.northeastdfwhomes.com/cp/mobile-app/ . After you download the mobile app to your mobile device enter AGENT CODE: KW2IRL7XJ. That code will allow you to search the entire MLS and contact me directly from the app when you find a property that you are interested in. There is a minute and a half tutorial video on the Mobile App tab that you can watch to know how the app works. Oh yea, after you download the app... CLICK THE "ENTER TO WIN $50,000" BUTTON FOR A CHANCE TO WIN $50,000 IN THE $50,000 CLOSER TO HOME SWEEPSTAKES!!!! Here's a link with more information http://wp.me/p2OdyL-ml

If there is anything that we can do to help you with your search please feel free to let us know.

Looking forward to meeting you,

You can't even get a 1 bedroom for that price. You will have to go up on your price or find a 1 bedroom. Pick any 1 Realtor only and have them assist you with the criteria you are needing.
