I'm working with a couple groups of students looking for the same thing and 4 baths is tough. Could you make 3 work? I have a 4 bed 3 bath right by campus that is within your budget. Please email me and I can send you the property details.
Realty One Group
There are 35 leases on the MLS in a 2.5 mi radius from UCI, they range from 2350-8000/mo. I would check with a local realtor who can look at the MLS and show you property and also check apartment buildings and websites, also craigslist.org. You need to start getting serious by early August, the rental market in Orange County is very hot just like the residential sales market (especially in college cities like Orange and Irvine), the sooner you can get a commitment the better.
Let me know if you need any help
Sure. No problem. Is school district a big concern to you? Irvine is a very safe city and is a great city to raise family. Please give me a call. I'll show you what's available on the market right now. Thanks.
I saw your other post regarding your school/home search. Turtle Rock Elementary is a great school. If you still need help with listings please get in touch with me.
My company Century 21 Award has the largest relocation department in Southern California. If you'd like the best possible help I suggest we connect via email and telephone. My manager is Kathy Paddock. I've worked with her for over 13 years. Depending on your specific situation, I may or not be the agent best suited for you. I do however live in Irvine. It's a great city and while a three bedroom will be difficult to fine at your price range, it wont be impossible. I can be reached at 714 306 4269 and my email is email@example.com. (yes I know aol is prehistoric, but it wasn't 14 years ago when I joined Century 21 Award.)
Best of Luck to you and your family on your move out west.
Here is another option - I just so happen to have a few clients that would like to rent out a room in a home - if this is an option or you still need help with your search - I would be happy to help you, just let me know.... more
3 bedroom rentals in Irvine under 1850 will most likely be a condo or townhome.
Most landlords will require a credit report in order to evaluate potent
Irvine is a very high end city, renting there with bad credit may prove to be a hard task.
If your credit issues stem from a lay off, and you can provide documention to prove so, there may be a chance. Also, hopefully you do not have any evictions on your credit report, those are real deal killers.
