Hello Alfredfong,

Are you still looking into El Camino Real area. I'm a residance in that area since 1990. To be honest in Irvine for that area you get more for your $ for per sq. ft. price. Rooms are bigger than some of the new built, homes are not that close to each other, backyard space is reasonable, schools are close by like elementary, middle & HS. Call me directly .

It's a great time to be a Landlord surprisingly even in this economic recession.
It's all about supply and demand and right now there is a low inventory of rentals.
The rental comps speak for themselves. I just rented two units last week and was very impressed with the respose out there. If I can be of help please let me know 949-400-1330.

All the best
