It does have a full basement and the taxes are around $5400/year but this is based on an assessed value of $124,000. This place did go to a short sale and the bank did just approve the offer, so this place will be going pending shortly. If you have anymore questions please feel free to give me a call or email me directly at Thanks for looking and enjoy your Sunday. ... more

Keith Hiscock answered:
Thanks for your inquiry. The total true taxes are $5,508 and are based on the present assessed value of $123,000.00. They would be able to be lowered upon closing due to the condition and present list price of the home of $89,104. Also upon closing the buyer should apply for the STAR exemption (School Tax Assistance Relief) which for West Irondequoit will lower your taxes an additional $763.00. The property will have an open house this coming weekend so please contact me if you'd like for details at 585.339.3958 or feel free to email me back. Regards, Keiht ... more

If you are interested in the property, rather than relying on pictures, do consider scheduling a showing appointment and see all firstahand--you can either directly contact the listing agent, or any local agent/realty office, they all have access to the same information. ... more

Thanks Janet! Jonathan Usdin, Associate Broker, ABR, CBR, GRI, SRES with Nothnagle Realtors at your service! As this is not my listing, I just looked it up in the Realtor portion of the MLS and see that 61 Tyringham Road's True and Total Taxes are reported to be $3816 by the listing agent. The listing is in Pending status, which means that they have accepted an offer and are probably not showing the property anymore.

If you have an agent, please call them to confirm the showing status of the property. If you don't have an agent, I would be honored to interview for the job. My contact information can be found in what I hope is a hot link below. You could copy and paste to your browser if you can't just click below.

Thank you, and Happy Friday!

Hi Kathy,

If you e-mail me at, I'd be happy to send you more information about this home or set up a showing if you're interested. It is expired from the MLS but I could see if the owner is still open to selling.

Have a great evening!

This property is not on the market at this time. it is a Lis Pendens which is the first step in the foreclosure process. This is not a listing for sale,it is a Realty Trac posting. Realty Trac posts properties which it gets from the public notices of default and foreclosure. $83k is not the sale price,it it the amount of the outstanding loan balance. When this property does foreclose,it will be listed with an agent at market value. ... more
