It depends on what part of Melville Street that you are talking about. The area between Culver road and past Merchants Road are nice and quiet also just down the street from the North Winton area. The neighborhoods east of Culver Road between Merchants and East Main are good, solid neighborhoods (I've lived in that neighborhood for 30 years). The solidity of the Culver Road "Great Wall" has failed a bit in the past few years, but there are always a few bad apples in every neighborhood. It's best to try to stay as far east of Culver Road as you can get. ... more
