amberkwillia…, Home Buyer in Loveland, CO

Looking for general information for/on investors in the Denver area.

Asked by amberkwilliams14, Loveland, CO Wed Oct 24, 2012

I tried to send a message to a group I found online just looking to see how investing is going in the area ( I am currently an investor in Huntsville Alabama) But they have not responded except to invite me to a meeting which i cannot attend right now. Was hoping to make some contacts as I intend on moving to the area within the next year and investing in Denver and possibly surrounding areas.

Pine Financial group is a great resource. They have presentations, happy hours, driving tours and seminars, where you cam learn and network in a great, pressure free atmosphere.

Best of luck!

Hi Amber,
You will love our dry climate here!

Here are a couple of links to investment groups that are very active in the Denver area. They both do a lot of webinars, so you can participate remotely.

Colorado Association of Real Estate Investors -

Mentor Financial Group -

My team and I work with a lot of investors and can help you with where the popular areas are.

The bad news in Denver is that our inventory of homes for sale is low right now. The good news is that rental properties are in scarce supply, so rates have been going up!

Give me a call and we can talk further.

Denver is an excellent market to invest in right now, I would be happy to speak to you about it further. There is a lot of competition but, I am very aggressive and can move quickly with making offers.
Look forward to speaking with you.

Thanks Amber - I work a lot with investors. Denver has recuperated already so looking for bargain properties is hard as they are not in the MLS. Also we have very little investory. My investors are finding more deals that are not listed. Contact me directly and I will glad to share with you a map of the Denver Area and the different neighborhoods with price ranges and appreciation.

Amber, I would be happy to chat with you both prior to and after your move to the area. I am a native of Denver, and work with investors
At the moment, the market is quite healthy, with lots of opportunities throughout the Metro Area. What types of properties are you interested in at this moment? Single Family, Condo, Multi Family... What is your time frame for investing, goals,(cash on cash returns, or appreciation?) I do have lots of questions, but would love to chat so that I can give you a better feel for the market.

Please feel free to email or call with more questions

Denver Metro area is a great place to invest. With a very tight rental market (1.5% vacancy), it is a great time to own a rental property. With prices appreciating, the fix and flip market is doing well as well. On the downside, the limited housing supply is driving competition and prices up. It is not uncommon for a bank-owned home to have 20 offers on it.

Feel free to contact me and I can talk to you more about the market and some of the different investing groups in the area.
