Thanks for your question in regards to the rental market here in Pensacola! I would be happy to answer your questions- our company Realty Masters is the leader in Property Management and Rental homes in the Pensacola area. We manage over 650 single family and multi family properties including 1-5 bedrooms ranging in rental rates from $350- $3000 with most of them falling in the $600- $1100 range.

Homes in the Pensacola area, especially 3 bedroom 2 bath rental homes are in high demand right now and we are raising rents across the board for these newer updated homes. Garages and fenced yards demand high rents, as well as those homes with updates including stainless steel appliances and tile/ wood floors. There's always high demand in Northeast Pensacola near the universities and in Southwest Pensacola near Naval Air Station.

You can view our website and our blog for more information on the Pensacola area~

We would be happy to send you rental evaluations including estimated rental ranges for properties you are interested in purchasing as an investment. My broker and mother Pam Keen is also very familiar with purchasing investment properties through your IRA and renting them out which we find many investors are choosing to do.

Please let us know how we can further answer your questions~

Thanks and have a great day,
