Covenant restricts property to residential use; investors purchased homes for rental property that is decreasing property values. What can be done?

I would contact the president of the HOA or board of directors and they will know what to do. Or you could contact an attorney because I believe a judge would need to enforce this after a few other steps. I hope it goes well! Please feel free to contact me with additional questions.
