Buying income property as an LLC in Florida, looking for financing

We are working on forming LLC between three members each of us owns an investment property. We would like to buy to buy income property in Florida and Taxes as a new formed LLC. How do we find financing and what are the rules on buying condos for investment purposes. Will appreciate professional contacts

Jax REIA (Jacksonville Real Estate Investment Association) has several private lenders that may work with you.

I would suggest you check out their website and consider attending a meeting

Unless you finance as a commercial loan, which will be difficult as a new, just established company, you will be required to close in your name - not in the name of the LLC.
You can always quit claim into the LLC post closing.
